Awkward Dancer

Awkward Dancer is an indie rock band from Cebu, Philippines writing songs "as true to themselves as humanly and artistically possible, capturing the rush of heartbreak one power chord at a time". The band's honest-to-goodness songwriting, electric live performances, and offbeat sense of humor have won them a loyal following — both online and in real life — who are always ready to bring the energy to their frequently packed live performances.

Since their founding in 2022, Awkward Dancer has released several singles — including the fan favorite "Reel Fixer" — and albums, including their debut full-length Awkward Dancer vs. the Harmless Devil, the launch party of which packed a full house. The band has also become a mainstay in Fete de la Musique events both in Manila & Cebu and is slated for their September Fever debut in 2026.

Awkward Dancer is currently working on their sophomore album, to be previewed through three singles prior to its full drop. The first single from the new campaign, "Antelope (Used Me)", is lined up for a September 2 release.
