Fête de la Musique, the yearly electrifying global celebration of music and community, is set to return to Cebu as one of the locations for its 30th anniversary in the Philippines. Originating in France, Fete de la Musique in the Philippines has since become a beloved event in the country. For its milestone year, Fete de la Musique dedicates itself to the theme of “movement”, capturing the essence of music and dance that brings people together on the dance floor. The occasion is marked in celebration of the community of artists and fans who have supported and enlivened the event over the past three decades and as always, aiming to spark imagination, foster joy, and bring people together to share a love for music and the arts.
This year, over 100 stages are set all over the Philippines to celebrate the 30th anniversary. In Cebu, it’s particularly special, with the festivities showcasing a diverse lineup of Cebuano’s favorite artists and emerging talents reflective of the rich tapestry of our local music scene.
