Abbreviated from the Japanese term, “kire-ina”, which easily translates to beautiful, KRNA aims to create songs, renditions, live performances and aesthetically remarkable music videos that coincide with the meaning of their name.
The River Gold EP, released in 2018, is a milestone of their combined talents, receiving praise from The Flying Lugaw review for their “breezy production choices, inspiring instrumentals, and powerful vocal performances.” They later opened a new chapter in their discography in 2020 with a single called In Time, promising new sonic experiences to their fans.
KRNA has since been working on their first full length album Kireina, which is set to release in early 2024. The first single from the album, Dream Again, garnered critical acclaim in the music press. The follow-up single, I’m Wrong, is set to be released in February 2024.
